We are the official I Love New York promotional agency for the 10 counties that make up the Historic Hudson River Valley. When the federal government designated the Hudson River Valley as a National Heritage Area, and the Hudson River as one of the 14 Great American Rivers, it recognized the unique combination of historic significance, scenic resources, and cultural commitment that exist in our region. For more than three centuries the Hudson  River Valley, located just north of New York City, and extending to Albany, the state capital, has been a destination for  visitors from far and wide. The historic Hudson Valley offers mansions, museums, performing arts centers, numerous historic places, one-of-a kind events and a host of other attractions.
